Every person on the plan has every course. Work Well Together: Building a Flourishing Workplace is the one that tells a team where to begin. A team leader, HR or people manager or wellbeing officer reads the nine building blocks of flourishing at work for themselves and for their team, chooses one, runs short activities with the team in ordinary meetings for about six months, and checks whether it worked. On the plan, every team member has the course too and can take the same short reading. The other courses become the place to go deeper on the block a team chose.
